As per the UK Met Office, a yellow warning for thunderstorm has been issued for Thursday – the opening day of IND vs ENG 5th Test. There is 80% chance of rain one hour before and at the start of play, which means there could might as well be a delayed start. Thereafter, the forecast predicts 80-70% rain for majority of the day, with the weather set to improve only towards the end of play.
